An ideal family cottage for all ages, this spacious house with two double bedrooms and a twin, can accommodate two small families or an extended one.  Please request any dates out of the main season

October to July excluding school holidays, 15% concession for a couple only 

Short breaks -weekend late Sunday departure, from £300;  three nights at £375, £420/4 nights less 15% for a couple only, less 10% for three

The Old Stables overlooks the monkey puzzle garden to the east and the sun streams into the south facing living room.   This spacious, warmly furnished first floor cottage with bathroom and shower room, and two WCs, spans the the length of the old stables complex.   A generous balcony extends from the kitchen through french doors to catch the sun from late morning onwards – ideal for dining.   The south view from the sitting room reveals the sea through the treetops

 Accommodation details:  First floor entrance hall.  Sitting-room with TV, DVD, video and wood burner.  Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining area.  Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.  Shower-room.  Second separate loo.  Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5'), and wash basin.  Bedroom 2 with twin beds.   Bedroom 3 with a double bed

 

 

Facilities and services:   Inclusive Electricity, 2 night storage heaters and one oil filled radiator.  Logs for woodburner from the estate.  Full bed linen and tea towels.  Travel cot.  High chair.  Arrive to a warm, fully prepared cottage

At cost-  Towels £6 per person.  Outside access to communal laundry room with washing machine at £2+/wash (air drying only).  Cleaning charge of £20-30 for those who prefer to leave 'as is'
