It is strongly recommended that the client has suitable TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover eventualities resulting in you having to cancel your holiday for reasons including any illness, or if you or any of your group is required to self-isolate or quarantine due to COVID~19. There are numerous policies now readily available and many bank annual policies cover this situation.
We do NOT provide insurance but we do offer pandemic flexible booking, see T&C for details

We obtain information about you when you use our website to contact us to make an enquiry or reservation. We also obtain information when you email or telephone

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, telephone number, names of people in your group who are staying, ages of any children, and any specific requests or requirements for your stay such as accessibility requirements or allergies, which we consider important to know to provide you with a safe & comfortable stay
Information we receive from other sources
We may receive information about you from third parties such as online travel agents or booking engines. When that data is collected from you, you should be informed by those third parties at that stage that it may be shared internally by us.
If you place a booking online and choose to use your card to pay, the card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of debit and credit card transactions.
How is your information used?
We may use your information to respond to enquiries about staying at Tregrehan Garden Cottages and proceed with the booking process and provide services and information to your needs. We may notify you and remind you of your booking
Where you have given consent, we may send you marketing communications, however, we have to date not used this marketing tool
How we store your information
When you give us personal information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our internal systems. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected by our third party data processors.
We use the following third party data processors to store and process data relating to Tregrehan Garden Cottages goods and services:

• Monek Ltd hosts our payment page ensuring complete compliance with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) legislation before the new deadline of March 2021. Read Monek’s Privacy Policy

Non-sensitive details (such as your email address) are transmitted normally over the internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
